- 5% Life Lease fee Discount
- Enhanced Refund Benefit: Premium membership fee refundable at 80% instead of 75%
- First Look: Preview and reserve floor plans and pricing before anyone else
- Second-Person Savings: $100 off the second person’s monthly service fee for the first 24 months
- Two Months for Free: First two monthly service fees waived
- Customization Credit: Up to $5,000 in upgrades during construction

How It Works
- Priority Selection: Your place in line for selecting a residence is based on the date this agreement is signed and your priority number.

- Flexibility: You can cancel at any time, and your full deposit will be returned within 30 days.
- Priority Member Deposit Details: Your $200 (non-interest bearing) deposit will be safely held in a federally insured account at Hancock Whitney Bank.
