I began my career at an Erickson Senior Living community in Maryland, where I discovered that helping people navigate one of life’s biggest decisions is about much more than real estate – it’s about building trust, listening, and helping people feel confident about the future.
Since then, I’ve had the opportunity to help launch and grow several new communities, including Erickson’s first community in Naples, Florida, before construction was complete.
That’s what makes Vicar’s Landing at eTown such an exciting opportunity.
There’s something incredibly rewarding about watching a vision become reality. Right now, we’re not just planning beautiful residences and exceptional amenities – we’re creating a community. Every event, every conversation, and every new depositor helps shape the culture, friendships, and spirit that will define life here for years to come.
It’s inspiring to meet people who share that excitement. They’re planning ahead with confidence, embracing an active lifestyle, and looking forward to a community designed around connection, wellness, and possibility.

That philosophy is helping shape Vicar’s Landing at eTown, where SFCS is creating a community centered around wellness, innovation, and connection. “Technology, wellness, and biophilia are three words that really define this project,” says Taft.
The community will feature distinctive spaces designed to inspire connection, including a two-story wellness center filled with natural light, a rooftop lounge overlooking the surrounding preserve, and dining venues that feel like the restaurants residents already enjoy.
SFCS is creating residences that feel elevated and personalized. Based on feedback from future residents, the team expanded living spaces, creating larger floor plans, spacious balconies, and a high-end condominium feel.
